Tigress Stravyn ® Visits a Pet Store

Adventure, animals, bengals, cats, flying, funny, kittens, lol, tiger

Every time I pass a Pet Store driving with my human I call Papa he says, “Look Stravyn that’s your store.”  One day I decided to tell Papa to take me there. “Papa show me this store that’s mine” I meowed.

It turns out that this store is really a large Indoor nature preserve and a place for humans to buy dog clothes!  Humans have terrible fur so they have to wear cloths. Sometimes and for a reason I can’t understand some humans put cloths on cats and dogs. Maybe they are jealous of our fur?? “Halloween cloths for dogs!  That’s is scary!” I meowed loudly.

Let’s say it’s raining and you can’t go to the park for a walk in your buggy or you don’t feel like looking out the window  well then you can go to the pet store. I was amazed.  If you want to see a fish there is a fish viewing section.  If you want to see a bunny.  Yes you guessed it there are some bunnies in a section.  “Here fishy fishy.” I meowed

These are called Catfish!!  I know. I couldn’t believe it either!!

Many of you already realize that us animals speak both spoken and unspoken languages. I speak English, Bengalese, cat, dog, cuddle, growl, Butterfly and Parakeet languages. So I was so happy when I saw the bird section!

The birds were so happy to see me that they all stopped chirping and waited for me to say hello!

I said, “MEOW!!!” Real loud so all the birds could hear me.  I guess I was too loud because some of them started to shake and sweat I think. Papa says it was because of the pamphlet I was reading in my buggy.

I tried to calm them down by telling them jokes I heard from my papa. I figured birds like fish jokes so I said. “Why don’t fishes like basketball? Because they’re afraid of the net”. Well the parakeets didn’t laugh at that one and I think one of them just Fainted. Let me try a bird joke. “Why do hummingbirds hum? Because they forget the words!”

Well papa was laughing but the birds just don’t like good humor I guess. Finally I told them I can fly just like them but they didn’t believe me. I had to have papa show them a picture of me flying on my cat wheel! Zoom!!!

After all this time visiting fish and birds and watching lots of dogs walking their humans around this place I thought I should go home and take a rest.

What a good day. Yawn!!  Thanks everyone please check out my older blogs below. Meow!!

Tigress Stravyn® watches Squirrel TV

Adventure, animals, bengals, cats, chipmunk, cute, funny, kittens, lol, squirrel, tiger

One of my morning duties as all Animals know is to check the perimeter each morning for anything that out of place. We do this to make sure are Human is safe. I like to do this an hour before my Human, Papa, wakes up. Of course I have to meow And MEOW to get him to open the bedroom door while he is sleeping.

If Papa doesn’t get up right away I have to Meow again and give him the “Hurry Up!” open the door papa look!

When Papa and I are visiting Grandmaw (check out my riding in a plane blog posted last week to see how I got to Grandmaws) checking the perimeter is a Big event and lasts all morning. She has so many windows to look out and so many items to check over.

This brings me to what Grandmaw calls Squirrel TV.  It’s not a real TV but don’t tell Grandmaw.  Humans love to watch TV so when I just humor them.

Squirrel TV happens when I am looking out the window protecting my human and a fuzzy giant creature with a puffy tail and funny face walks by looking for food. “A squirrel,” I meow. They run, stop, look around, and run again.  Silly animals only Cats can look majestic doing that! Here is my majestic look!

Wait what’s that!  It’s not a squirrel. Smaller. A chipmunk!  Hmmm they are cuter than the squirrels. Zoom! It ran off. And just as fast as it came it left.

For the rest of the morning I watched and waited but no more chipmunks. I guess they went to Grandmaws neighbors house. They don’t like them over there. I meow to Papa, “I want to see them again! I know Lets try putting out some snacks and see what we can attract. EEK Papa a bug!!” I meow

Where is papa?  Oh well let me look around for something to put out to attract more chipmunks. Hmmm a brownie and a cookie. Maybe they will work at attracting the little critters. I’ll set them on the table and go look for papa to put them outside. I hear papa and run back over to the table. “Papa those were to attract the furry critters!” I meowed loudly.  Hmmm I guess it worked.

Papa said we should try sunflower seeds. We threw some outside and within a few minutes the chipmunks came back.

What a busy morning. Yawn.  I need a rest before my nap!

Don’t forget to read my earlier blogs. You can find them below. Yawn. Must rest now. Bye!
